I was in a rush this morning and accidentally put flavored cream in my coffee. Yuck! The sweetness almost made me gag. Mind you, before atkins I would drink multiple cups of coffee a day with this horrid sweetened cream and thought nothing of it. Flutter

Congradulations :) That means your body and tastes are changing and this WOE will be easier to follow. Just remember that ickyness next time you're tempted to cheat and hang in there :)

You know I have a similar experience. I drank a diet coke the other night and I am one that has always hated diet coke but it tasted sweet, just like a regular coke. Weird.
