I am having Trouble, with a capital T!
I have fallen out of ketosis, after abut a month on Atkins. I think it is related to my cycle. Anybody else ever have trouble like this?

When noticed the purple slowing down, I went back on induction, but it hasn't helped! I am getting SO frustrated!!

Those strips don't neccessarily mean weightloss. Sometimes they read wrong.

And FYI if you have even trace colors you are in ketosis, it doesn't need to be purple. If you are you are.... it's like being pregnant.

Now relax, stop peeing on your sticks :D and enjoy your food and watch yourself lose weight.
