I'm new here

Hello everyone, I'm new here. I've been reading for several days, and decided to get registered.

I'm on day 7 of Induction, and so far I'm doing pretty good with no cheats. I think I've lost about 3 lbs so far, but not sure since my scale is finicky. I was at 175 when I started and want to get down to 140.

Good luck to everyone, and send weight loss vibes my way. :)

Frederick

Thanks! Wow, this is a fast moving forum, so cool.

This is probably my third time attempting to do Atkins, but I will really do it this time. A few months ago I started and stopped because in the summer, I have to have my fruits. But, I got that out of my system and I'm ready to go for it!

Welcome back :)

Remember after the first 2 weeks you can have fruits. I had the same problem, I love fruits. I started to think about it and relized by the time I reached wher eI wanted to be, the fruits would be out of season and unavailable. So for now I am enjoying my fruits, even if that means slower weight loss, and will be more strict when winter hits. Just remember it's all about decisions. Making good food choices, and comparamises you can live with :)

One big plus too, after a clean induction with no sweets your taste buds are so primed that fruit and sweet peppers taste better then candy at times :)
