5 days a week exercise challenge?
Hello,
I am looking for someone who would be interested in working out at home 5 days a week to any combination of the following workout videos: 1. Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (level 1 is available free online) 2. Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 3. Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack 4. Fat Burning Pilates with Ellen Barett 5. Bedtime Yoga with Adrienne (available free online) I am an experienced home workout girl, who has been working out at least 4 days a week for 1.5 years now. I have seen great results with this and low carb (body fat has dropped from 34% to 23%) I am looking for someone to continue holding me accountable to working out while working out themselves. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a pro. I want to encourage you while you encourage me! I am a firm believer in no-fat shaming and a survivor of eating disorders, so I'm a gentle soul. I can help you find some of these videos and give tips, in return for your tips and daily words. Any takers for a daily log? |
I Probably Wouldnt Do Any Of The Vidoes You Mentioned But I Would Be Willing To Pledge To Do 5 Days A Week For Working Out. I Would Love To Do This If You Didnt Mind That I Did Different Workouts
