Wow, their website has the new menu items and it looks great! They have net carbs listed for each item and offer several lower-carb sides including mashed cauliflower and BBQ pork rinds. Even a LC cheesecake. They also have an article about high-glycemic carbs as opposed to those in veggies. They seem to be really on the up and up! :)

Had lunch there today. What a great thing! The menu looked great. Appetizers, wraps, side items and even dessert. They have always had a great salad but this is a wonderful alternative. The small table explanation has all the carb counts.

We are making a difference. Hopefully more restaurants will soon follow.

Omg Im so excited! I just spent 1/2 hr at their website hehe. I used to LOOOOVE eating there (still do!)! Even before they did the carb thing theyve always had a nice salad bar. Im gonna eat out this week!!!

It's really nice to see that they've got a nice choice of appetizers, entrees and a lc cheesecake. What a pleasure to go out and not have to worry about if there's sugar in the sauce, or skipping the tortillas because they're made with white flour. Way to go, Ruby Tuesday. I've got one just 10 mins away and I'll definitely be dining there soon.

Ruby Tuesdays' LC menu

Thank you soooo much for posting this information!! I can't tell you how thrilled I am to hear about Ruby Tuesdays' LC menu! I've always enjoyed eating at Ruby Tuesdays but have stayed away mainly because of no alternative to the baked potato with my steak. Their mashed cauliflower fixed THAT little problem, and even gave me a dessert choice!

:cheer: R U B Y T U E S D A Y S!!!
:cheer:

Thank you so much for sharing that information. Now I can hardly wait to go out to eat on pay day! :)

I looked at the website but I dont understand how some of the items are still so high in carbs if they are taking only net carbs? Grilled chicken and salad having 14 NET carbs or a 10oz steak having 9g of carbs? I sure hope they are counting sides with that too or I would like to know where these carbs are coming from?

Aside from that I think its totally great it sounds good it looks good clean and organized and I will definitely check it out!
