Only 20 minutes walking for 48 cal burn Have got to find time to get in more exercise. Missed my goal by 6 minutes last week and will try to make it up this week. So that leaves 76 minutes to go this week. Did walk a total of 2.78 miles yesterday according to my new pedometer but that was just an average workday not specific exercise. I will still count it towards my weeks total activity and my walk around the world challenge because I'm trying to increase the activity in my daily lifestyle. i.e. taking the stairs, parking further away.... |

Tuesday
Really cold out but managed a 23-minute walk this afternoon. Walking buddy from work jammed out and I was going to as well but I figure I would just walk really fast and get warm:hyper:. Would have worked if it weren’t so windy. Tomorrow I'll walk in the covered parking lot. A bit warmer in there. |
Logged a total of 21 miles this week.
Mini goal - 90 minutes of exercise per week and at least 25 miles. |
Way too cold outside to walk for the last few days. -22c Burrrrrrr
Managed to walk over 3 miles yesterday indoors. Lucky I work in a big building. |
Only managed 13 miles this past week. A combination of the weather being bad and my hip acting up. Start some strength training in physio this week so I'll see if I can get my numbers up this week.
