Hi, I am back

Hi everyone, I am back.

I started low carb back in 2002, and lost enough weight that I was happy, and then I drifted away.

I kept eating pretty much low carb, and haven't gained any, my stats are still the same, but I want to lose more.

I started using fit day again, and found I am eating about 60 grams a day when I just eat what I want. NO GOOD!!

So good luck everyone here and wish me luck!!! I have found it I don't have the support of a forum like this, I slip so much more!!
