OMG Heavy Whipping Cream AE brand

I bought some Anderson Erickson heavy whipping cream last night (not my normal brand)......got up this morning and made my cup of coffee and ALMOST drank it when I noticed the carb count on the cream carton.......I couldnt believe it......It says 13g carbs per T!!!!!! I looked at the ingredients and it says Grade A cream.....thats it. I am totally confused. Could this be a misprint? I have never seen ANY heavy whipping cream with this many carbs!!! Anyone know why???

misprint perhaps?

Is there a company phone number on the package? It sounds like they left off a decimal point. Fitday gives the count as 1 gram of carbo per ounce.

What is the weight (grams or ounces) that it lists for the serving size?

Let us know what the company says!

Yeah, I wrote to them and asked them why. I went to the store and got some more and looked at the bigger cartons and they all say 0 carbs. Its only the little pint size ones that have that many carbs. I will let you know what they say.

Whew....that was close! :D

As for me, my little pint said 1 gm per serving...and 16 servings in the pint. Fine...

But by the end of the day I had killed off the entire pint!! Now THAT's getting too close!!

Today...no whipping cream.

The actual count is about 0.5g (according to Fitday). Some round up to 1g, some down to 0g. I just noticed you said your pint list 16 servings ??? The pints I buy list 32 servings. So, if it is really a pint, not a half-pint, then it is 1g per 2 tbsp.

Whipping cream ?

I thought whipping cream had sugar added ... so I've always bought heavy cream and added splenda ...
