I need some good recipes for induction...

I am still in induction and am kinda bored with the things I have been eating. Cheese, eggs, and meat gets kinda boring after so long, ya know?

Anyway I would appreciate any thing any one can offer. I am getting a little frustrated here!!! :nono:

Thanks to anyone who has any suggestions.

Hi there Here I go,

If you go to Low Carb Tips on the orange bar at the top of the screen, you'll find (along with lots of useful tips ;) ) an article called "Jazz up your Induction" by our resident chef, Karen.

Also if you go to the recipe section on our main page, Karen has grouped some Induction menus together in Breakfast Ideas and Main Dishes.

You can also look through the journals of folk doing Atkins for more ideas. You are very welcome to look at the beginning of mine, when I was on Induction. :)

I think the best plan is to read others journals and see what they are eating. It gives us great ideas.

My favorites during induction were cut up red pepper w/ cream cheese, chicken-tuna-shrimp-egg salads w/ loads of mayo and celery, salads w/ boiled shrimp, feta cheese and some olives w/ paul newman olive oil and vinegar dressing (only 1 carb a 2 TBS serving), Cobb or chef salads w/ ranch or blue cheese dressing, grilled chicken caesar salads w/ no croutons, cheesesteak w/ fried onions and mushrooms w/ no roll...
