looking for buddies: newbies and oldies......
 

Just getting started here....two days into it and feeling lots of energy! :hyper:

Hoping to find a few buddies here....looking specifically for newbies with a lot to lose like me :rolleyes: or some successful oldies who have lost a lot and are close to goal :Party:

I know this sounds strange, but the induction diet doesn't seem too bad to me, enjoying some foods I thought might be taboo forever (whipped cream, cheese, mayo, and my favorite blue cheese dressing!).

I'm interested in hearing how others are feeling in the first days of their diet......hope to hear from some of you! :wave:
