finally lost that lb

I have been hovering between 134-132 for over a month..This morning I am under 132! :yay: I think I finally lost a lb..gosh that took forever. Only 12 more to go :wiggle:

This happens to me all the time. I'll sit on a particular weight for 3-4 weeks and then I'll go and lose 5 pounds in a week or two, then get stuck again for a few weeks and the cycle continues.
