Yay! One month, one milestone !!!
 

I started this WOE (still looks depressing, like the word woe, to me) on June 1 2003 -- one month ago today.

As of this morning I have lost 13.5 pounds, 10% of my goal. And I'm Sooooo happy and proud of myself. :angel: So celebrate with me.

Congradulation :Party: I not only like to keep weekly weigh in numbers, but a monthly total too! When things look like they are coming off slowly, that monthly number can make you feel better. Not to say I still don't weight myself every morning :p .

You have done so well, you SHOULD be VERY proud! That is a very good one month weight loss, and HEALTHY too! Keep up the good work!
