inbox full? can't be!!

I have had people try and send me private messages. Then I get an e mail saying that the inbox folder is full and to delete messages. But I ckd my inbox and it is empty? Can anyone help? thanks :thup:

Hiya Kat,

Check your "sent" mail. When the system says to check your inbox, it really means the total number of messages in your "in" and "sent" boxes. ;)

Have you also cleaned out your "Sent Items" box? If that gets too full, you will also have trouble receiving more.
