carb count for buff wings
 

HELP.....I am trying to use my fitday.....can you help me with a carb count, protein, cal etc.... for buff wings w/franks hot sauce - w

Don't know protein, calories, etc, but I do have some good news. As long as they were not breaded the carb count is very low.

The chicken is 0 obviously
You might get a carb or 2 from the sauce
You might get a carb or two if you used butter

Take a look at my FitDay for April 8, this was for a plate of hot wings. I made 14 wing sections so I counted it as 7 wings in FitDay.
