Hi, what is a typical days menu? Have you been drinking the required amount of water? You can sign up for a free account at www.fitday.com and enter all your food eaten for a day and it will tally your calories, carbs, protiens....ect. You may be eating hidden carbs. Check it out, and keep me posted!

Post induction Stall. Your body needs time to redistribute weight. Hang in there, use fitday.com drink water exercise and it will come off again

Be patient !!! The first two weeks has shown that you lose relativly easily, just give your body a chance to adjust............plus check all the bits and pieces suggested in the above 2 posts. Whatever you do, hang in there.....it won't happen over night, but it will happen!

How old are you? I see that we have very similar stats. When I was on induction, I lost 9 pounds. I was happy about the loss but I was hoping to have lost more at this time. After moving on to OWL, I lost about 2 lbs/ month, until I reached 142lbs in March. I did not lose any more weight , although I did lose inches, until August. Then I lost 6 more lbs. I am stuck again and I have not lost inches in about 2 months. I am going to wait this out just a little longer. Then I might make some changes, like the fat flush and a brief return to induction.
