Newbie in need of buddies
 

Hi all,
I am just getting started with my high protein low carb diet. I love working out, so really thats not where my problems lie. Recently I gained about 10lbs, and i am trying to loose about 15lbs before summer is here.
Anyway its great to be here, and learn more about this new lifestyle.

hello and welcome to this forum . this is a great place to be. there is so much support here that you will be amazed.
one thing you might want to do is start a journal.there are directions on how to do that on the newbies page . starting a journal will allow people to se how you are doing and give you suggestings.journals are awesome!!!!

Hiya Dababe! Glad you found us here. This forum is great for advice and making new friends. I'm sure you will find it helpful. Good luck with your 15 lbs. You don't have too far to go, so it might be a bit harder to take off, but don't worry, we'll all help you along! :)
