IM SO EXCITED!!! But have Questions

Has anyone else experienced the amazing energy on this diet??? I can't rave enough about how much freaking energy I have!! What causes this?? I am ALWAYS in a great mood, and just feel like I am walking on cloud 9. I never thought in a milliion years I would feel this great!!
Can someone explain how that happened????????

Should I be taking more than a multivitamin??? Maybe somthing for calcium?? I am noticing more hair falling out than the norm, what is causing that??? I have EXTREMELY thick hair - but I want it to stay that way, anyone have suggestions????

Let me just tell you guys again - HOW FREAKING GREAT I FEEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOOOOOOO HOOOOO I LOVE THIS WAY OF LIFE!!! and another plus I have lost 7LBS!!!!!!!!!!!

The hair falling out is from stress on the body or hormones. Many on any diet experience it.

As for the multivitamin, that depends on you. It sound slike you are having no problem with lack of energy :) Many add pottasium, magnesium, and calcium because that is what is occasionaly lacking in LC diets. If you are having muscle cramps or start feeling blah you might try those.

WOW, Lady Bella you are doing GREAT!!!!!!!

One more questions - My induction ends in 3 days - Does it hurt to stay on induction??? I have 18 more pounds to lose - And I can live on Induction I feel WONDERFUL!!! LOL....I Can't stress that enough.

Hi there, ItzMe! :D

Seems like you're on one of these famous LC highs.. Yes, many people do get them after switching to this WOE. It calms down after a while though, although most people report a stable higher level of energy - just maybe not so intense as in the beginning.

If you've actually read DANDR you'll see that it's perfectly fine to stay on induction for quite a while. As long as you get your fibers down and your belly's working fine. When you start getting bored with the limited food choices, look into OWL for how to ease new items into your WOE.

Cheers!

I don't know about amazing energy but I do have more than I have had in a while. I take pottasium and Coral Calcium.

I stayed on Induction for several weeks and then went to OWL but kept my carbs at Induction level. I just added foods that aren't allowed on Induction. I have been low-carbing for about 7 months now and am now getting 30 to 35 grams of carbs per day. I stayed at around 20 for probably 4 or 5 months though with absolutely no problems. Glad you are feeling so well. You are doing great!

Biotin works great for hair and nails.

My energy level has improved quite a bit also. This in itself is worth giving up carbs. Of course I'm not complaining about pounds coming off either. ;)

Yes, it does calm down. I used to get up at 5 in the morning. As a committed "afternoon person" this was something entirely new.
Yet it's so much easier to get up in the morning. And my husband notes that my energy & optimism, always good, have gotten even better.
Enjoy!
