How do I count carbs for this??
 

Help! I found some s/f syrup today for my mock french toast..and I am confused how to count it.

label says:
calories 30 fat 0
sodium 115
total carb 12
sugar alcohol 11
sugar 0
protein 0

I can't help you with the syrup (except my best guess is to count it as 1effective carb?)
