Candida and constipation

Anyone else struggle with this?
I am starting 1 clove garlic per day to try to kill off the candida. I would love support, advice, information.

Don't know about candida, but psyllium husks work for me.

Instead of getting name brand caps, I get them at puritan.com and take 5 - 15 per day in divided does with at least 8 oz of water.

I've read that for some this works, for others it does not.
