I have question about carbs. When it says other carbs?????

What exactly says "other carbs"? Most often when I hear that phrase I associate it with fiber carbs (which don't count on the Atkins plans) or sugar alcohols which Dr. Atkins says does not effect blood sugar (but others feel differently)

Sometimes a label says sugar carbs and other carbs. Those other carbs are vegetable matter such as wheat or rice or corn etc. Fiber may be included in them, but you can't subtract the "other" carbs, just the fiber.
