Congratulations - you look awesome and it's great to hear that your health problems are gone as well. I think you've hit the key to low carb dieting - do what works for you - and not against you. I look forward to hearing more about your continued success and you are also right about the inspiration and support found in this community. It's awesome!!!

Great job!! I have also stalled at 185 so maybe I'll try bringing up my carbs to 20-30 a day and see what happens. Thanks for the inspiration.

Well today was the big day for me I reached my goal and passed it by a pound. The scale said 198.8 which is 199 in my book. All I have to say is YEEEhah. Its been a long trip but by God it was worth it. I'm going to go til I hit 190 because I feel I can go there and it will give me a buffer. I will not lose focus and maintain this weight for the rest of my life.

Just a followup from my experience on maintenance.I am struggling a little with it but I'm following the program by going on induction for at least 2 days after I screw up and I'm keeping my weight around 195. I think eating some of the low carb treats out there are hurting me so I may stay away as much as possible and add more healthy stuff like more veggies to my diet because I've binged twice so far from these products. Maintenance is the toughest part so far but I will not waver and I'll find a happy medium.
