Day 1 of my Exercise Extraveganza begins tomorrow!
I vow to everyday have something to put here in the way of exercise I am so excited!! I am not only going to reach my weight goal but also my inch goal I am going to be fine by August 1st, I mean it!! |

Thursday Day 1
Thanks glad to be here!!!
Okay Pilates this morning, worked glutes, abs and quads, so I am feelin a little sore. Am back on the exercise wagon and proud of it!! |

bf and I at odds too sad to wake up, try tomorrow.

I am going to work out this afternoon, bf and I made up so I didn't get up early enough to work out but I am going to try to go after work!

Friday
Can you say disgrace!! Okay I am back on it today. I haven'thad my B12 so my energy is gone!!! I am going to force myself today, I mean it and the whole weekend!! The only way I am going to see a WOOSH is if I am strict until Wednesday 25th of May! My Birthday will see the 160s I can feel it.

Okay I am a major exercise slacker, I have got to get back on track, my energy is non existant!!

TUESDAY DAY 2 of 5
Okay I did Ramp it Up for 17 min this morning and jumped rope last night. I can feel the burn!! I am going to work back up to the treadmill cause my energy is still a little low. But I am back on it!! Have to tone for photo shoots!!

WEDNESDAY 3 of 5
I did a walk/run/jog for 30 minutes yesterday, will do ramp it up when I get home and try to walk/run/jog again. Took my dog with me and that was fun wore her out!! Looking forward to toning my body!!

I worked out July 11th, did strength training and 15 minutes on the elliptical. My knee is giving me a little trouble but I am back in there today!

Tuesday Day 2 Of 5 / Day 1 Of 61
I did Ramp It Up and walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes this morning. Took my B12 shot last night felt so energized!! Going to keep it up this week if it kills me!!

WEDNESDAY Day 3 of 5 / Day 24 of 61
Woke up at 5:30 this morning and went to the gym!! Was trying to get into the spin class but I got there at 6:05 and it was totally full!! Guess I am going to have to get there at 5:45 to get a bike! I am on it trying to lose a lot in 37 days can I do it?? ABSOLUTLEY!!!!!

THURSDAY Day 4 of 5 / Day 25 of 61
Had a long night last night so I didn't work out but I am going to the gym this evening after work. Hopefully I will get there in time to do the 5:30 spin class or I will do Step I and Abs so excited keeping it going!

FRIDAY Day 5 of 5 / Day 26 of 61
I went to spin class last night! MAN O MAN!!! I only lasted 30 minutes of the hour long class! I am so sore today!! I am going to go as often as I can and try to build up to an hour. Working out tonight after work, Weights and Cardio! GO MJ!

New Workout Regime 14 Week Plan - 6 Days A Week - 84 Days
I guess I will start my own challenge.
Monday - Wednesday - Friday: Ramp It Up 50 Sit Ups on the ball 40 Lunges per leg with 10 lb weight 30 min cardio Tuesday - Thursday: Pilates 50 Sit Ups on the ball 40 Lunges per leg with 10 lb weight 30 min cardio Saturday: 45 Min Cardio 50 Sit Ups on ball 40 Lunges per leg with 10 lb weight Sunday: REST I will do this for 14 weeks. GO EMJHA!!!!! |
Okay didn't work out this morning but I did go to physical therapy and did some pilates and stationary bike. I will save my work out for this evening, GOING TO DO IT!!

I worked out this morning,
I didn't quite do all of the work outs I planned. I did Pilates for an hour, Treadmill: 25 minutes. My body feels so energized!! I forgot to weigh in yesterday but will update today!! Looking for something down! Valentine's day goal here I come! |

DAY 13 of 90 Cheat Free Day 1
Okay I am feeling very tired still but I know I can get back into my routine. Have been trying to complete the home improvement projects around the house before I go back to work so that has kept me up all night and tired in he morning. I will get back on it so I can see those thighs slim down!!
Back on Dr. Mansfield's magical diet! Ready for the loss from that!! |

I haven't had the energy to exercise but I am down 3 pounds, I am feeling great about that!

Day 10 of 20 Cheat Free Day 10 Cardio Day 1
I woke up this morning at 6:30 and did my cardio around the neighborhood it felt so great!! But I was running a little late so I am going to make myself wake up at 6:00 so I can get 45 minutes in and not have to rush too bad to be on time. I have to leave the house no later than 7:30 to be on time! The cardio is going to help get the fat off I will reach my goal this time I can feel it! Mrs. JD here I come!

Yay was out there again this morning! Feeling so good, I know the fat is just melting off of me!! I am so glad!!!

Wasn't able to run but I did do 65 stomach exercises,
Pilates legs, back thigh twists and 40 walking lundges, my legs feel great. I will try to keep this up over the weekend. Go me, I can see a difference, lets see that official weigh in on Monday after TOM is gone. |
Day 15 of 20 Cheat Free Day 12 Cardio Day 6
Well this weekend I was the treadmill queen:
Saturday: 1.45 miles, 25:00 minutes, 257 calories, 76 fat calories Sunday: 1.64 miles, 30:30 minutes, 272 calories, 85.1 fat calories Monday: 1.02 miles, 20:10 minutes, 171 calories, 53.6 fat calories I am so proud!! I even stayed on track!! Well I was only able to do 20 minutes this morning cause I was running late was so sleepy! Going to have to make myself get up at 6:00 instead of 6:30 cause I rush if I get up that late. I know I will master it by the end of the week! GO ME!!! |
Day 1 of 30 Bootcamp DAY 1
I was getting to it, but I started taking these multivitamins
and my energy was so drained!! Well when I get home tonight I will be working out I PROMISE MYSELF!! Treadmill - 30 minutes Ramp It up - 47 minutes WORD FOR THE WEEK TONE! TONE TONE TONE!!! |
Day 2 of 30 Bootcamp DAY 1
Okay absolutley no energy last night but I woke up this morning and did
Intervals on the treadmill from Fitness Magazine! What a killer! I feel like I have been runing for ever!! Wednesday: .83 miles, 15:00 minutes, 138 calories, 43.1 fat calories All of that in 15 minutes! The idea is to work up to an hour so I am on the slow track until next Wednesday and then I will build up to the 20 minute mark and so on and so forth. I am excited I feel like I got a true work out! I am going to try to wake up early enough to do Ramp it UP, baby steps with the lack of energy though. |
Did good this morning trying to conquer 1 mile in 15 minutes by Friday.
I know I can do it, just have to work hard at it. Am planning on having 1.5 miles under my belt in 15 minutes by next Wednesday when I change to 20 minutes! I can do it, so I can add .5 more miles and 5 more minutes to my regime! I can do it!!. Well I got up late this morning but still did my intervals! After 2 minutes of running the treadmill was reset by my cd player so, I had to guess the stats but I think I am pretty close! Feeling good!!
