Thank you for sharing that with us. I'm onthe induction part and have lost 5 lbs since Tuesday - I'm loving it! I've lost before eating higher protein but I didn't do it the dramaticallly and I plateaud for several months but I'm back on a roll now and nothing will stop me. Congratulations and thanks again!

I must have an older version of the internet so therefore I can't see that graph, the pictures, or anything for that matter.

Can somebody fix things so that I can see at least the before and after pictures? :wave:
