Still relatively new and I'm really liking the Journal. It helps me to write everything down -keeps me motivated.

BUMP! I am in NoVA and would really like to find some local people that are aware of the low carb lifestyle and still working on the weightloss or (like me) trying to maintain the lifestyle. I was 140lbs down to 107lbs, now back up to 121.

I'm near Dulles Airport. Just started LCHF today and have 40-50 lbs to lose.
