I'm thinking it would be a good idea to start a gym log. I do have journals here at home but it never hurts to be accountable in one more place!

Today I will be doing the WATP one mile walk on the rebounder, a half hour on the bike at 16+ mph and maybe a short workout dvd.

Well, yesterday didn't go quite as planned but I did get my bike ride. Didn't get to the speed I wanted but that's ok. On the weekends I do a little lighter when I don't have the chance to do more.

Today was weights, a 1 mile WATP dvd done on the rebounder and a half hour on the bike at 16 mph. I usually range from 16 mph to 16.5 mph for the average speed with highs of 18-20 mph here and there.

Half hour on the bike at average speed of 17.0 mph

1 mile WATP on the rebounder with 1.5 hand weights

20 minute You Staying Young workout

10 reps of the double swing with the 10 lb. kettlebell

Just got the kettlebell and am starting slow with it.

I've got the beginnings of a cold - DH was kind enough to share his! So I only did upper body weights today. Not up to doing any cardio. Hopefully tomorrow!

Finally felt good enough to get some exercise. I did a half hour on the bike at 17.2 mph. I will get back to my regular workouts tomorrow.

I finally finished my workout. I've had a headache today so I spread the workout over the day.

I did:

Half hour on the bike at 17.0 mph

10 minutes jog/bounce on the rebounder

Yoga dvd

Today was a light workout day for me.

I had DS bring up my rebounder from downstairs and put it in the livingroom so I can use it after yoga and before the guys wake up.

So today when I got up I did the yoga dvd and 1 mile WATP on the rebounder with hand weights.

This afternoon I did a half hour on the bike at 17.4 mph average speed.

Evening workout was upper body weights and bike at 16.4 mph average speed. I'm a little more tired than sometimes so I kept the bike speed a little slower than usual.

Sunday was also a rest day - too busy getting ready to go out of town for the week.

Monday was my usual Monday workout - yoga, rebounder, weights, crunches, kettlebell and bike.

I'm at the hotel now so workout yesterday was just yoga and today was yoga and kettlebell. Not sure if I'll try to do anything else today.

I'm home! I didn't get a workout at all yesterday because it was a travel day.

Today I did:

Upper body weights

100 crunches on the ball

Kettlebell swings - 5 sets double arm swings with the 10 lb. kettlebell, 2 sets each single arm swings, one set of transfers and 2 sets double arm swings with the 15 lb. kettlebell

Half hour on the bike at 17.4 mph average speed

No internet for the last few days but kept up with most of my workout.

Didn't get to do the yoga dvd or rebounder since I've been home but hope to get that back starting tomorrow.

I've added more sets and more weight with the kettlebells and done my bike time daily. I also added more weight to the upper body exercises.

Today is a light day so I'll be doing yoga and a half hour on the bike.
