being able to touch your nose with your toes !

wearing low-rise jeans without those irritating love handles hanging out the side!

...fitting into clothes you haven't been able to wear in years

.............feeling healthy, happy and energized.

...not being afraid of not fitting in a lawn chair.

or being afraid of the lawchair breaking and having 100 parents laugh at you at a football game..........

Happiness is people my age telling me I look TEN years younger now.

Happiness is...

...being able to button my jeans without lying down on the bed

...being able to run with my dogs

...turning down a guy for a date (!!!) This actually happened to me today at my volunteer job -- a man asked me if I was married and when I said that I was he said, "all the cute ones are." I couldn't believe it. :yay: :yay: Even if he was exagerrating a little bit, he made my day.

Happiness is being able to wear "younger" clothes and hearing comments like. Oh I couldn't tell who was the teenager. Or "wow, you look great, what are you doing? I know you are doin something."

Happiness is not being recognized by your own daughter.

Happiness is knowing that I can lose ten more lbs.

I am happily married and will stay that way but it is kinda cool to get stares from men. I won't look at them in the eye, I'll never get rid of them. :wiggle:

having my friends talk about me and how great I look. let's talk about me!

Happiness is realizing I no longer have to adjust the steering wheel to the higher position to make room for my tummy :).

Going to Six Flags over Georgia and fitting in the seats of the Cyclone Roller Coaster!!!!!!!

Happiness is losing another 1 1/2 lbs.

Happiness is....watching everyone else eat those big plates of baked ziti & lasagna with a brownie sundae chaser.....AND NOT WANTING ANY!!!

oh and having a glass of excellent dry white wine, garlic fried shrimp and green salad and not even missing the pasta...

.. and finally - saying goodbye for a very long time to my mother in law!

Sorry thats 4 things! I must be feeling very happy today - maybe its to do with the mother in law leaving!

Wearing a medium golf shirt to work instead of XL - and not having the sleeves reach down past my elbows! :)

Happiness is getting upset because there is NOTHING in your closet to wear...because everything is TOO BIG!!! LOL...how kewl is that???

knowing that I can have a holiday treat and not be tempted to go off plan for the day or week because of it.

...standing in front of a mirror and seeing daylight between my legs :blush: instead of thunder-thighs from the floor up!
