Well I think it's about time I finally started a gym log instead of posting the info in my journal. :o

I'm BAck
After about 4 days of moving and getting plenty of exercise, I am back. I have not been eating LC, but didn't really gain any weight b/c of all the exercise I was getting from moving. Well, anyway, I'm back. Today I got on the elliptical rider.

I woke up this morning at 5:30 and got on the elliptical rider. :thup:

I got up this morning & walked for 30 minutes in the park before church.

It's about time
I just realized that I hadn't did any real exercise in about 2 weeks. :( No wonder it's been so hard for me to get the will power to get my lazy butt up & get moving. Well this morning, I went to the park & walked for 30 minutes. :thup: I was so tired & that was only 30 minutes. Geesh! Well there will be more of that to come b/c I have to get in a bathing suit! :roll:

1 mile walk
Today I only walked a mile on the treadmill at my fitness center in my complex. :) I would have walked longer, but some stinky man got on the bike beside me. He was starting to smell & the tv was stuck on some boring informercial. :rolleyes: So I left after 20 mins. I know lame excuse again. This week will be better! :blush:

Monday, Tuesday, & Today--all 30 minute walks in the park with my friend DAnica. She doesn't need to lose weight, but she just wanted to exercise. She wears a size 4.

I had a pretty good workout today; mostly upper body with my arms. I used 3 pound weights and did about 5 different exercises from the BFL book. I did each one 30 times, so I am pretty sore. I also did 50 situps again & 30 bicycles.

I'm In Pain
My stomach is hurting, but I guess it's a good kind of hurt. :daze: I could hardly do any situps today. I only did 20. While I was laying on the floor, I could feel my ribcage. It felt kind of funny, b/c I don't think I ever really paid any attention to how it felt. It will be nice when the day comes that I can actually feel it without having to be laying flat on back. ;)
I did 10 mins on the stair machine. Boy that thing works good. I was tired after 3 minutes. I also lifted some leg weights. 30lbs * 30 times front leg weights 20lbs * 20 times while laying on stomach |
Yesterday, I didn't do any exercise. My legs are still so sore from lifting those weights.

Yesterday's Workout
Yesterday I did 45 minutes on treadmill which ended up being 2.66 miles. I didn't jog any since I had not done any exercise in about a week.

Yesterday I did 32 minutes on treadmill which was 1.78 miles. I walked at about 3.3 b/c I haven't exercised in a while & my legs were hurting. I know that's a good sign. I hope to be jogging by March.

Yesterday, did 2 miles on treadmill in 40 minutes at 3.0mph. I walked slow b/c I was so out of shape, that's all I really felt comfortable doing.

2 miles on treadmill yesterday ~ 3.3/mph for 1/2 the time; did it in 38 mins. I working on getting faster, maybe today
