THANKSGIVING NO CHEAT Baggy Jeans Challenge #3
 
Hi Everyone,

Well here we are, quickly approaching T-DAY!!!

Anyone in for a ThanksGiving Challenge of 10 - 15 lbs ?
We Start Today and End November 26th (about 7+ weeks).

There is no special weigh in day, you just do what you regularly do BUT you must check in here and report your loss (PWEEESE :D ) so we can celebrate with you.

I can not say this enough but you all have helped me so much during my WL journey and I just want to say thank you !! and I want to be able to return the support to all of you........ HUGS !!!

Just copy add your name to the list.

Count me in. I am aiming for 15 lbs by turkey day. I have never joined a challenge before so this should be fun! I have been losing slowly latley, maybe this will help kick start my weight loss. Here's to a great challenge!

Whoops...

Forget to list my goal (that would help :lol:)

Well... I am gonna shoot for 185 lbs.. and lets see what happens :lol:

What I usually do: Well I do 20 min interval aerobic training (usually jog increasing difficulty...) three of four times a week. And pushups, crunchs, etc on the other days...

I am taking hydroxycut, an ECA, and its helping a little bit... and try eat more than 3 meals a day... taking a multivitamin, and a Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc supplement and a Vitamin C supplement as well.

Other than that, I try to mantain a positive outlook on life, and take a step at a time...

Hey I with you, this is my second challenge! I pretty sure I can do this. And I was planning on Making T-day my first real cheat day.. but I cant wait! This will be fun. WE CAN DO THIS! Good luck.

New to the site but not the LC diet. Have to get the weight down for health reasons if nothing else. I accept your challenge and request all the help I can get.

Currect weight 353.
6 foot 1 inch.

Hey count me in. I'm in a couple challenges now! Hooray. But one of my main goals was to stay cheatfree for until thanksgiving. Cuz i just know that i won't be able to resist all of the yummy desserts on turkey day. Yum. But I figure if I stay cheatfree until then...its all good. So here I am.

Current stats: 150
Goal weight: 135

I know I can do it!!!
Goals for myself: exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes, drink the water, vitamins, keep up the fat, stay cheatfree

Ok, I HAVE to get in on this...I need a goal to really be motivated...as if being able to fit into size 20 jeans woulldn't be motivating enough!!!!
I am shooting for 15 lbs loss as wel for T-Day! Cursed T-Day!! Bring it on!We aren't afraid of you!!!

This is great, I've never done a challenge and I'm desperate to be accountable to someone. My main goal is just to stick to 20-25 carbs a day and if I lose 5 lbs by turkey day thats even better.

Its pretty cool to actually be part of a challenge from the start.. considering this IS my 1st/2ndchallenge (im in 2 currently).. I'm not completely sure how this whole thing works. Do we check in at a certain time.. just keep replyin when we feel like it etc..?

HEY how did everyone do today? here are my stats:

calories: 1500
carbs: 15 (need to boost that)
fat calories:exactly 1000
fat % 71
vitamins: yes
water: 110 oz.
exercise: walk/jog combo for 40 minutes, bike for 20

WOW, look at all of us :D

Debi, I'm going off on T-Day too, I want sweet potatoes, oozing w/marshmellows and strudle topping OH YEAH! but then the next day, I kid you not, I will go right back on Atkins. I know this isn't the best way to look at our weight loss plan but it keeps me on track better if I plan for a day where i'm going to go off. Christmas is going to be a rough season, but I know I can do it by just letting my self have goodies on that day and only that day.

Yesterday I kept my calories at 1500, just a smidgen to high but thats okay, and my carbs were exactly 20 :D so I'm very happy for a good day.

I may cheat on thanksgiving or stick with the turkey... not sure... I am trying to shoot for my goal weight or BF% on Dec 31st, so it depends on how I am doing by that point...

So far, just rolling through another Wednesday :roll:

Hopefully, I won't end up feeling like this at the end of the day :daze:

leenie...1500 isn't too high. that seem just about right or you could easily bring it up some. yeah i will definately be eating the pumpkin pie, brownies, this wonderful peanut buttery chocolate pie my aunt makes, and many other deserts. forget the turkey and mash potatoes. a roll would be nice. BRING ME THE DESSERTS! LOL.

Hi everyone!

I love the name of this challenge just thinking of wearing comfortable pants is a motivation to me. I decided to make my goal 10 pounds, why not think big? So 145.5. Yesterday was my first day at the gym in 5 months, I'm rehabbing from a back injury. I did a lower body workout only 1 set of 15 reps of 7 different exercises. I'm slowly working up to doing bfl.
