Hi everyone. I am pretty happy with my weightloss so I decided now is as good time as any to shift my focus to excercise. I am going to update my stats here but I doubt there will be much change( hopefully) from here on out as I am officioly maintaining.

My weight loss has definately been affected by all this holiday cheer, I figured that as long as I maintain through the holiday that would be great, but I didn't I am up to 257 as of this morning, it is almost TOM time so that could be affecting it, but I also started induction so hopefully I will be back on track,andbeable to meet my Valentines day goal |
