Hey guys!
Sorry I haven't posted recently. The whole house has been sick this week. yuck. Getting better though, which is good cause I hate beign sick on Christmas.

I'm checking in at 145. which is three down from last week. I've been trying my new theory about water, and I think it's working. I'm drinking insane amounts of the stuff, but it's helping which is what counts.

I read the BFL book last week. And I was all set to get started with it. Then I get to the Q&A at the back of the book, and he advises thta teenager don't use the program. I'm like ok. So I started thinking. And I'm going to continue doing my weight workouts, but I'm going to use the weight pattern from BFL, instead of doing weights everyday. I've also started doing the MAS from the book. So instead of doing his program exactly, I'm altering it, to fit into my program. I've been doing it like this all week. And I haven't missed a workout. And the muscle soreness from my weights isn't half as bad now that I'm giving them time to heal after workouts.

So all in all I'm doing great! And you guys are too. Keep up the good, and let's finish out this year with a punch. In other words let's go for the 10!

So sorry I abandoned you guys....I "fell off" the wagon and just wasn't motivated to get back on, but now that the holidays are over I am re-committing....I wish you all the best of luck and know you will reach your goals. Happy New year everyone.

Talk about a quick couple of months!!!

Well, I know I didnt reach my goal, but hey, when life hands you a pair of lemons, make lemonade!

Also, I had other things in my life that were going on... wonderful things... like I got engaged to my sweethart on Dec 27th. She is wonderful...

In that sense, I feel like a success...

I hope everybody learned something useful out of this thread, never give up, and your one step closer to your goal!
