Ran 1.8 mile in 14:33. Yep the cold has slowed me down - tough when you can't breath but feel better that I went out and moved :) :) :)

Ran 1.8 mile in 14:14. Little better than yesterday - chilly 18 degrees this morning and still tough when you can't breath through your nose all that good. But I feel 100% better that I went out and moved.

Ran 2-1/4 mile in 18:47. Pretty slick today as they are calling for highs to reach upper 30's again today - hit 46 yesterday and the roads are bad. Even I am slipping running :lol: :lol: :lol:

Ran 1.8 mile in 14:28. Bought slip on spikes and man what a difference on snow and ice. Recommend for winter runners.
