Great workout today!!!! Tons and tons of energy. What did I do different today? Well my breakfast was an Atkins shake. Had 6 oz latte and 6 oz coffee, 24 oz of water early early this morning and 1 tlbs of coconut oil early this morning and another 1 right before my workout.
Weigh in was 200.25 (my scale had 199.5 this morning) Last weight and measurement was 5 weeks ago and during that time I have lost 5.75lbs and 4.5 inches. Lost 4lbs body fat (total bf is 80.5) and I'm 40.8% BF Total results since Sept-03: 22.5 inches lost and 31.75lbs lost I was surprised with the lbs since my own totals fall a little short of that but I sorta consider my Curves as my official stats because they have that Dr office scale. My damn scale fluctuates so much its pathetic. Okay sorry I griped about my results...I'm doing pretty good! |

Those stats are awesome. It's amazing how it all adds up, when you are doing something consistently!

Worked out at Curves today. Engery level normal. Used 10lbs to do butterfly press (2 reps of 15) PLus 2 sets of bench presses.
