Treadmill - Level 1 Wellness - iFit - 20 minutes of running w/incline and 10 minutes of walking w/incline. Pushups - 170+ |

I have acess to an eliptical, and dumbells/weightballs. I have a gym log as well, Its called Run Callie Run! Please please please, you seem to be doing REALLY well. Thanks, Callie. |
Tuesday October 20th
Treadmill - iFit program w/running for 30 minutes then a 10 minute 4mph uphill walk - incline ranging from 1-10%. |
Wednesday October 21st
Treadmill - about 50 minutes - various 4 miles of walking and running, some HIITS and some inclines. |
Thursday October 22nd
Treadmill - Walked 1 mile at 4mph gradual incline to 10%. Then jogged 1 mile - switching between 5mph & 6mph every 1/4 mile. Then walked 1 mile at 4mph gradual incline to 10%. Then jogged 1 mile - again switching between 5mph & 6mph every 1/4 mile. 185 pushups. |
Friday October 23rd

Saturday October 24th
Treadmill about 1 hour. walked one mile w/incline, ran one mile, walked one mile w/incline, ran one mile, walked 1/2 mile no incline. Total miles = 4.5 |
Sunday October 25th - Sunday November 1st
No exercise - sick. |
Monday November 2nd
3 miles on treadmill |
Tuesday November 3rd
Treadmill- Ran 3 miles & walked 1 mile 100 pushups |
