My trigger foods can ultimately be divided into the creamy/sweet, tangy/sweet, and flakey sweet, or ice cream, Nerds, and pastries respectively.

I for one.. have a really hard time resisting those soft sugar cookies that they sell at WalMart.. ya know..those frosted ones with sprinkles!! BAAD.. I shouldn't even be thinking about them.. I could wipe out a whole box of them soo easily.. not now of course.. :)

Premium ice cream...Haagen Daaz Rum Raisin or Cherry Vanilla, Ben and Jerry's Coffee Heath Bar Crunch or Cherry Garcia.

Popcorn. Always has been always will be. But not the microwaved garbage. It had to be stovetop with real butter and salt. SIGH. I miss it sooooooo much, but I know I just can't have it.
