tina girl was shocked too!!!! but i was in a stall for quite sometime(little over a month). i was stuck at 188 and was about to throw in the towel. but i kept talkin to myself and i stayed on track as best i could. then last week the pounds started comin off like that. also i go to the gym about 5 days a week so start losin some inches. i am officially a size 14!!!!! lookin foward to gettin into a 12 by xmas. also to help jump start weightloss again i switched to a low calorie diet. i try not to take in more than 1500 cals a day and try to burn at least 300 day. also ive been sick the past week so that might have contributed to it w/ the raise in my temperature. hope it keeps goin!!!!!!! good luck tina
