I have started a walk jog program from cool runnings so my miles wont be as much for awhile. Details are in my journal if anyone wants to stop by. I was just getting tired of walking for so long and not seeing any results. I know it takes time but Im gonna try this and see if I can do it. I tried to jog last week but I wasnt doing it right and Ihad the allergies todeal with. Wish me luck.

Everyone keep treading and keep posting your miles so we can get that total back up for next week.

im glad to see more people posting this week. i walked outside for 3 more miles but that doesnt count for the treadmill challenge. do any of you walk outside too?

Stacyscheil-I do not walk outside. I'm too scary. I guess I watch too much CSI/NYPD Blues/Unsolved murders. I just can not relax, I always feel I must be aware and alert. That is another reason I got my treadmill. But you are really doing great with your walking. What kind of weight loss goals do you have? Me, I would like to drop 10-15 pounds in the next few months.





Also, I did 1.75 miles today :yay: :yay: Hope I can do this atleast 4 times this week :thup:

Tuesday: 2.15 miles 33 minutes

My jogging is still doing good. 2 days so far. I alternated walking and jogging, still walking the 2 minutes. I ended up jogging 11 of those minutes today instead of just 5 that I did yesterday. I will keep working on it until I get it all jogging and then I will up my time. Well, that is my intentions anyway. I hope I can do it.

Wednesday: 3.03 miles 46 minutes.

I am still working on jogging. Today I got in 16 minutes of jogging the rest was walking. I am alternating with 2 minutes of each. Tomorrow I will try to up it to 3. If it is too much, I will back down to the 2 minutes for another day. I really like this way better, time seems to go by so much faster.

Im glad everyone is still treading. I am building my workout up day by day. The only thing is, I usually dont get to walk on weekends. Ihope that doesnt set me back. Today I jogged 20min. walked 25.

I couldn't get on yesterday to report my miles. I learned why BFL doesn't do cardio after lifting. It was all I could do to stay on the treadmill and do my 40 minutes after doing my lower body workout. It was definitely an inner strength moment after the 10th minute got my 3 miles. Intervals this afternoon see what is going on then.
