Weekly Maintenance Update
 
Weekly Maintenance Update as of today, 5 February 2019:

1793 days (= 4 years, 11 months) in Maintenance ~ Kickin' Fat Jo's FAT ass and Stayin' Strong!

Average Weekly Wt = 114-115 lbs

100% OP every.single.day b/c it's a CHOICE. No issues with eating properly and exercising daily b/c it's good for my over-all good HEALTH.

Totally 💚 my WOL!

Weekly Maintenance Update
 
Weekly Maintenance Update as of today, 21 February 2019:

1809 days (= 4 years, 11 months, 2 weeks) in Maintenance ~ Stayin' WARRIOR Strong!

Average Weekly Wt = 114-115 lbs

No problems whatsoever with staying 100% OP with eating properly and exercising daily. Bottomline: those two things are great for my over-all good HEALTH!

Totally 💚 my WOL!
