Thursday October 1st
Ran on treadmill 4 miles. Squats 4 sets of 15 Leg lifts 3 sets of 15 hamstring curls 3 sets of 15 Ab lounge 100 reps |
Friday & Saturday October 2nd & 3rd

Treadmill - 1 mile warm up plus 2 miles of HIIT walking/running. Pushups |

Ran 4 miles on treadmill Pushups - about 80 total Curls- 2 sets of 15 Chin ups (real ones) 1 rep, 3 sets Chin ups (assisted on Total Gym) 15 reps, 3 sets Pull ups on Total Gym 1 set of 50 reps Went a little old school today.... mostly pulls ups and pushups. |

Thursday October 8th
Treadmill- one mile warmup, then 1.5 miles of HIIT. I got my speed up to 9.5mph today, but after 2 cuicuts of that, I felt like I was hyperventilating. I had to stop and sit down, clasped my hands over my mouth to get my breathing under control. Kinda scary. I won't be doing 9.5 again for a while. I think I hold my breath when I sprint, I need to BREATHE!! 100 pushups Pull ups on Total Gym -w/out pulleys. 3 sets of 15. |
Friday October 9th
Treadmill - warmup 1.5 miles running Squats - 6 sets of 15 Quads - 3 sets of 15 Hamstring curls - 3 sets of 15 |
Saturday October 10th
2 miles on treadmill 120 pushups |
