My calves were still sore from Friday, so no rides over the weekend. I tried last night, but a 17 mph headwind in 20F temps was just too cold!
Morning workout today is the updated "usual" chin ups 22 sit ups 128 pull ups 22 push ups 70! (we'll SEE if I can do THIS again. My heart is POUNDING in my chest.) |

65 pushups because I am fighting off a cold and that was hard enough. |
Rode 22.4 miles with Frank this morning. It was 20F, and headwinds at 10 mph. Brrr! Climbed 1,000'. Burned 1025 cals

Felt well enough to ride a little tonight, so I did 10 miles. It was around 40F and not windy. After 3 miles, I was pretty warmed up and comfy.

Up early today and got 10 foggy, hilly miles in before work. :)

Didn't feel like a workout, so will do it tomorrow AM instead. Did 15 miles of hills on the bike after work though. Felt great!

Rode 63.4 miles today. Took 4:28, burned 3,030 cals. Windy and cold!
