Oh well I have been bad about updating here but i have been working out bunches.
Front Dumbbell Raise 1 X 10 ~ 8 #’s Side Dumbbell Raise 1 X 20 ~ 8 #'s Arnies 3 X 10 ~ 20 #’s Shoulder Press 3X6 ~ 50#'s Close grip Pulldowns 3X10 ~ 60 #'s 1X10~70's Dumbbell Curls 4 X 8~ 20 #’s Concentration Curls 4 X 6 ~ 20 #’s Close grip pulldown 3X10~60 #'s Tricep Extensions 3 X 10~ 20 #’s Tricep Pushdown 3 X 10 ~ 80 #'s Ok this is wierd but I used a different machine to do the tricep pushdowns and I just kept moving to a different plate. Odd but I like it. I think I need to move the pulldowns somewhere else |
