your measurements are not big, you sound like you have a very proportioned curvy figure, and you will do well with the workout plan. Listen to built cardio after lifting, or optimally on separate days...or split between am and pm.

I read some of your other posts...please make sure your read the Atkins book if that is the plan you are going to follow and get your diet in order. As much as I love working out, there are other things in life I would rather be doing and if I have to go the gym, then I want my time to be optimally spent...and that means eating right....remember it is 20% working out and 80% diet. If you need any help with meal planning Built and I and all the others here will be glad to guide you in the right direction.
