did accelerated program--4th day in.

will do 1 hour of elliptical after i watch people's court at 4-5pm .

alternating accelerated program with buns and thighs & ab sculpting videos

doing aprox. 50 min of pilates everyday with 1hr of cardio, six days a week.

Hey everyone!!

I just wanted to let you guys know that I'm not longer doing pilates by itself bc i'm doing my slim in 6, 6 week workout program. I needed to burn more fat off my body first. After that, i'm gonna do the pilates challenge. I'm tired of feeling my abs underneath the fat!!

i'm up to 7/30. did 60 min of the elliptical, and the accelerated pilates workout. i'm feeling good!!!

I just got mine in the mail a couple of days ago. I am also doing low carb (atkins) and attending Curves 3 days a week and also doing the firm workout. I am not sure how I will tell which I am losing from. It's important to change your routine though so your body doesn't get use to one workout.



Sounds like fun. I have 80 pounds to reach my goal weight. :wave:
