Super Scuplt
Was good today..although I wore out my right leg so much in the leg press, it failed just standing there trying to do the left leg.. how funny is that?

Was a good thing.
I find more folks coming to ask me about the Firm tapes. I don't know if something is happening that they see....or what. But Its a good thing. I tell them. I love them.. simply they are the fastest best thing I have seen with the body types that show the result I am looking for.. :-) Tomorrow is better body and buns.. fun workout. Nedra |

Man. that little thing lifts heavier and moves faster than any Firm instructor I know. I got the notification today that Suzan Harris new tape has been filmed..so it should be out and edited soon I would guess She was the first instructor on tape at the firm and folks love her dearly I will have to see when to get that one.. but I have the Tracie Long ones to get first. Tomorrow is complete Aerobic weight training. with a little standing legs. Next week twice a week I am going to add upper body with a few heavier weights. Just concentrate on that. Nedra |

Its a great tape.. the one that I did for today..
Thank goodness its sort of a intermediate type tape.. with sets and forms that are a bit less instense But I am sticking with this. I am committing to five days a week. Period. EArly mornings or whatever I have to do.. but I just have to keep this up at this point. Nedra |

A tape I still really like even when I am tired :wave:
I just held back a little on the amount of weight I use. .going down just a bit. and I do just fine through the whole thing. Most I use is my 15's for squats and lat rows. Used four for deltoid work.. .so that gives a range I work with. Nedra |
Firm Complete aerobic weight training
I upped my short step again to use the 8 inch step.
This is still a great tape even if right now I "feel' wiped out.. I am still just taking it down a notch.. but not all the way to the beginning weights.. until I can get my wind back But I won't stop exercising.. no way.. My promise all those months ago was at least 1 30 minute leslie walk if I can't do another thing and that still is my bottome line! Hugs, nedra |

Been away from this for a week.
I just needed the rest Saturday I start back up and while I feel weight training the most important for awhile it may just need to be a bit of that.. and a whole lot of walking Let you know how its going! Nedra |
Well today!
I did total Body shaping mix.. I only was careful on a few of the plyo's and bunny hops for this darn knee of mine.
Its going to sound funny but I hope that I have only stressed or hurt it somewhere along the line and its not arthritis bothering me! LOL. > I don't want to be old I didn't do the top weights that I am able..as right now I want to get back into the idea that exercise is fun and a joy.. not a push myself to be something I am not. and miss the real joy of exercising. I am going to exercise on my weekends.. which means an early sunday session to get on with my sabbath.. but I can't figure out another way right now for my energy levels. Hugs to all Nedra |

Right now I seem to be having several emotional challenges to actually getting out and getting my workouts in.

Today I picked up Joyce Vedral's Fat burning workout.
I liked it a few years ago.. So I think while I am having this drain.. this is what I am going to do.. I am actually excited about it.. and I do walking I believe in exercise.. :-) so here it is. I beleive in the investment in me! Hugs, Nedra |
