It's been a while since I've tracked anything in this log. :lol: Saturday 9.24.11 - 3 mile walk ~ 3mph. Plus moving a friend's stuff from a house to an apartment. Goal was: 3 mile walk. |
Sunday 9.25.11 - 1.25 mile walk ~3mph. Goal was 30 minutes of walking at a comfortable pace.

2/24/12: 10 min treadmill to warm up (3mph); 40 min resistance training (standing pushups, step-ups with bicep curls, kettle ball); 20 min recumbent bike cool down |
