Walked for 6.5 miles, did some free weights with todd, and a few crunches.

Haven't been her forever. So here i am again. Today i did 40 min or elliptical, 15 min stair climber and 20 minute walk

No Exercise This Morning. Lazy Me.

Work out today was 40 minutes of elliptical, 10 min stair climber, 10 minutes of treadmill. I also did a couple of sit ups, squats and push ups (girl style). I feel so out of shape. Gotta start somewhere :D

I didn't get up this morning for the gym cause i didn't sleep last night. My mind wouldn't shut up. I did a Billy Banks Boot Camp (basic training). It was hard. i will probably hurt tomorrow. i could barely keep up, but i know with practice i will be able to get it down better.

Yesterday i worked out on the elliptical about 50 minutes, and then on the treadmill for about 10. didn't really sleep last night. Feel tired today

Workout today was 50 minutes on the elliptical and 25 minutes on the treadmill. Later after i got home i did 50 minutes of billy blanks boot camp-basic training.

i wanted to binge today so i went to the gym, i only did 30 min but i feel better

been slacking off with this journal. today i only did a 20 minute tae boe tape, but i defiantly worked up a sweat
