I'm a couple of weeks late myself.. but I would like to be in this challenge also... (thanks to the help of Gabrielle).. I would like to reach "onederland" by Sept 5th, 2004........... and away I go....

Really never to late for this challenge, in fact I think about it now and we should just keep it going. Pick a start date and go 10 weeks. When that 10 weeks is over we can start anew.
How does that sound? I'm sure you saw how people are including thier 10 weeks under their posts. I only put mine in on Tuesdays when I weigh in. Welcome aboard and good luck to getting to onderland... how exciting to be so close. |

Well, this morning I got on the scale and I lost ONE POUND!!! Yipppeee, I am so happy. I thought I was on a stall!!! Yeah!!

I had my weigh in tonight. I lost a pound.
Here's my stats for the week. here's my stats..... July 6~ 260---can believe I got back out of the 50's...darn. July 13~259.5--- got back into the 50's July 20~258.5 July 27~ Aug 3~ Aug 10~ Aug 17~ Aug 24~ Aug 31~ Sept 7~ Sept 1~ ~Final Goal~249.75 or lower...out of the 250's I'm on way better track than I have been in weeks. I'm going to do this.... and when I finish I'll do it again and again. I like taking this 10 weeks at a time. Smaller goals are easier to get to then the big ones. |

Hey everyone... just stepping in to say hi before I go to bed.. Won't be around to post tomorrow.. decorating for a retirement at work tomorrow then will come home shower change and go back for the big bash... a night out with adults. Darrell is not going with me, this is kind of unusual for us. It's close to home and he'll pick me up if I drink and to tell the truth I might because I need a stress release... I haven't been able to get going on induction completele this week... but it's kind of like I'm doing CAD this week. I'm so good during the day, but at night I'm eating a full meal but I have not had any sweets... still for 7 months now.
Answering the big question... we decided this thread would be ongoing... it will be 10 week challenge after 10 week challenge. Just pout your 10 weeks dates down(there will be 11 if you count your start week) Then each week post your progress. If that didn't make sence, just look back in the thread and see what other members are doing. So when I finish, I will start another 10 week challenge. I will try and lost 10 pounds each time until I get closer to goal. If I make it great, if not... I'll try again and again and again until I get to my goal weight. I"m still not quite sure what that is. good night all. |
