No blame to anyone. The Low-carb foods/condiments has come on so quick that the FDA hasn't regulated them...yet. They haven't set a standard as to what is "low-carb". Becky

Not so sure it was minute....a cup of sugar is a lot to me...lol. I should worry more about transfats, but I don't really pay a lot of attention to that.
