I am glad someone started this thread. I was about to throw in the towel because of TOM. When I was trying to diet before and starving myself, my period became regular. It was heavy before because of fibroids and eating wrong food. I thought nearly starving was great to regulate it. Well, it worked
Now that I am on akins, I can go running and start spotting. Now I hate to get technical with this, but, now the flow has not clotting. (sorry for terms ladies) I guess this can be a good thing, but having TOM for seven straight days will take some getting use to. Brastasi |
I think I am going to DIE, my tummy hurt so bad today, on the plus side I weigh 140 on my TOM fully clothed after eating which means I may just have broken 140 YAY, we will see in a few days hehe Sorry if this is TMI.

Anyone else notice you are cold on your TOM? I am really cold, and can't get warm? Or maybe I should see a doctor about this?

I'm only on my 9th day of induction, but my TOM is already a week late. I keep getting pms symptoms, then nothing...ARGH!
I just want to get it over with!!!!! >:( |
I get heavier flow, and they are longer. My last period was 8 days long. What's worse is that it was at the beginning of the month. Because of my new and wonderful 25 day periods, I'm due again next week!!!!
