Today's effort:

April 19 - fasted 20 MAS, 40' speed walk, yoga (dozen a day)
April 20 - fasted 20 MAS, 24' weight lifting, perhaps yoga before bed (i'll update this tomorrow!)

4/12 45 min Deep Water Aqua Jog (walked track did bike and stairmaster few mins each)
4/13 Walked half hour, bike & stairmaster 10 mins each
4/14 45 min Aqua Jog, bike & stairmaster 10 mins each 2 laps on track
4/15 Water Strenght 30 mins Water Aero 30 mins bike & stairmas 10 mins 2 laps on track
4/16 Played ball with the kids, walked around walmart hour
4/17 Played outside with kids again
4/18 Walked half mile, swimming for an hour
4/19 Stair 15 mins, aqua jog 45 mins, epl 2 mins (this machine kills me)
4/20 Did 45 min strenght swim, 45 min water aerobics, 10 bike 10 stair

4/14/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min. & RS Tonin' Uptown (upper body), 30 min.
4/15/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min. & RS Abs workout, 28 min.
4/16/04 - 30 minutes step aerobics tape (need to work up to full hour)
4/17/04 - Rest day

4/18/04 - Rest day (sick day)
4/19/04 - Sick day (on pain killers)
4/20/04 - Nothing...(no excuse, read my journal, crazy week)

I forgot to post yesterday, although there was nothing to post. :eek: :o :nono:
Today I didn't do anything b/c of class. I was gonna try before class but I played w/ Muffy outside to release my stress. Plus I feel funky from not eating much or drinking much since breakfast yesterday (teeth issues, read journal if wanna know, lol)
But tomorrow is a new day and I gotta get going..........Someone please kick me.................lol.

WOW ladies, we ROCK!!!!

4/20/04 - Stairmaster 25 min, FIRM Aerobics w/weights
4/19/04 - Treadmill, 60 min, 3.02 miles, Weights
4/18/04 - Lived in bathroom, stay away from sugar alcohols!!
4/17/04 - I have been gone all day!!
4/16/04 - Stairmaster 15 min, FIRM Aerobics w/weights
4/15/04 - Treadmill, 60 min 3.07 miles; Weights
4/14/04 - Stairmaster 15 min, FIRM Total Body

4-14-04: 25 minutes on the Elliptical, upper arm workout with my weights, 25 crunches
4-16-04: Squats, lunges, and an entire upper body workout with weights
4-19-04 Starting Body For Life :) Did almost the entire upper body workout, will complete ALL of my future workouts
4-20-04 Did 20 minutes on my Elliptical trainer

Wooo my memory is working today :yay: - I feel Grrrrrrrrrreat - got up early so I could do my cardio before I had to wake up the rest of the household, and now I just finished my upper body - so

22 minutes of cardio (on epilliptical trainer)
47 minutes of weights for upper body workout


Wow, a protein shake just brings the life back into me after that workout - lucky for me I put the powder in the cup and got the stick mixer out before I worked out because my arms were shaking so bad when I finished - if my arms were legs I wouldn't have been able to walk.

Hope y'all have as good a workout as I did :thup:

4/14/04: 30 min video & 10 min stepper
4/15/04: 20 min stepper
4/16/04: Rest day
4/17/04: 20 min stepper
4/18/04: Rest day
4/19/04: 20 min stepper
4/20/04: 20 min stepper
4/21/04: 10 min stepper

Feeling too tired to do a full 20 min.

whohooooooo lower body workout completed!! i am really happy with this workout! i upped my weights again so i really felt each rep...too cool! i think next week i will up 5 more though cuz i didnt quite make failure on any of them....almost though!! i think slowly working up each week is a good idea for me.....gives my muscles time to grow, but not enough time to figure out what im doing!! heeee

everyones doing a great job!! im super proud of you all......keep it up!! we have only just begun!!

Hi ya'll!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got back on the train today after 4 days and I feel sooooooooo much better. I'm still trying to figure out where I'm gonna fit exercise in on Friday though...........work 'til 5 and then I have a conference from 6:30 until 10:00. I'll figure out some type of movement. I wonder is anyone would care if I jogged in place......LOL!!
