33 minutes elliptical - weight loss mode level 8/10- 445 cal Situps/Crunches Monday: 33 minutes elliptical - weight loss mode level 8/10 - 445 cal floor abs various weight machines (gym was very busy) stretching 15 minutes crosstrainer - 150 cal Tuesday: 25 min cross trainer level 7/9 - 285 cal Situps/Stretching/Ab Machines Weights - Upper back/shoulders 33 minutes elliptical weight loss mode level 6/8 - 425 cal Wednesday: *20 minutes of snow shoveling (Fitday says 116 cal!) :rolleyes: Situps/crunches Stretching Thursday: 20 minute walk on my lunch break Didn't get to hit the gym...worked late & have lots of stuff to do around the house before tomorrow :( |

Elliptical: 33 minutes, weight loss mode, level 8/10, (457 cal) 50 Situps/ab machines Stretching Weights: lower back, upper back, chest 15 minutes crosstrainer (165 cal) Monday: Situps/Crunches Stretching Tuesday: 33 minutes elliptical (400 cal) situps/leg raises/ ab machines stretching weights:lower back, triceps, inner/outer thighs (the gym was BUSY!) 20 minutes cross trainer (300 cal) Wednesday: -15 minute walk at lunch- 33 minutes elliptical (460 cal) level 8/10, pretty intense cardio tonite situps/leg raises/ab machines weights: lower back, upper back, chest, quads/hams 10 minutes cross trainer (150 cal) Thursday: -15 minute walk at lunch- 33 minutes elliptical level 8/10 (460 cal) situps/crunches/leg raises/ab machines lower back machine 10 minutes cross trainer (170 cal) Friday: 1 hour 20 minutes tennis doubles (charity tournament) stretching WOW! I can tell a HUGE difference in my cardio endurance compared to playing tennis this past summer. I had tons of energy the whole match. Saturday: 33 minutes cross trainer (360 cal) situps/stretching just had an all around crappy workout....just a low energy day, i guess. :( |

-30 minute walk at lunch 33 minutes elliptical, weight loss mode, level 8/10 (465 cal) situps, crunches, leg raises, ab machines Weights: lower back, upper back, chest, shoulders stretching **started taking L-Glutamine post-workout** Tuesday: -33 minutes elliptical (400 cal) blah! situps/crunches/stretching Wednesday: -30 minute walk at lunch 33 minutes elliptical, level 9/11, with 2 minutes of level 14 (485 cal) situps/crunches/leg raises/stretching/ab machines weights: lower back, upper back, chest, shoulders 20 minutes cross trainer (200 cal?) Thursday: -30 minute walk at lunch 43 minutes elliptical (600 cal) situps/crunches/leg raises/ab machines/stretching Weights: biceps/triceps/legs 25 minutes crosstrainer (325 cal) **A lot of cardio, but it is feeling good** Friday: -20 minute walk at lunch **had to skip the gym...the fuel pump on my Blazer died :( Saturday: 33 minutes elliptical (level 9/11, with 3 minutes ~ level 14) (465 cal) situps/crunches/leg raises/stretching Weights: lower back, upper back, chest, shoulders -45 minute walk at the park....we had a rare 60 degree day :sunny: |
